- Minimum 10 paying participants per booking
- Smaller groups may be accommodated, however a minimum package fee equivalent to 10 participants applies

Group Leader Accommodation
To support schools and youth organisations we offer 1 free leader place per every 10 in your group.
Example:
20 participants = 2 complimentary leader places
Additional leaders are charged at the standard participant rate unless agreed in advance.
Leader Rooms
Where available, leaders are accommodated in private rooms separate from student dormitories.

In the event of severe weather warnings (e.g., Status Orange or Red):
- Routes may be adjusted
- Lower-level alternatives may be provided
- Start times may be amended
- Shortened route options may be recommended
If conditions are deemed unsafe:
- Hiking days may be rescheduled (subject to availability)
- Deposits may be transferred to a new date
Final decisions regarding participation remain with the group’s designated leader.
